We would like to invite all filmmakers, designers, agencies and labels to submit their films for our third edition, which will take place in December 2017. 

By submitting your film to Fashion Move On you accept our general rules and terms and condition as set below.

GENERAL RULES
• The Submission may not contain pornographic material; contain threats to any entity, place,group, or world peace; or violate any applicable laws.
• The Submission may not infringe any third party’s intellectual property rights or infringe any third party’s privacy rights.
• The Submission must not contain any third party work, including any musical recording or composition, unless (1) you have a license to use such work in the Submission from the owners/licencors; (2) such work is in the public domain
• You must not breach any contractual obligation in submitting your Submission. You must provide any licenses, permissions, or releases to Contest Parties upon request. Failure to provide such documentation or comply with any the foregoing requirements may result in the disqualification of your Submission. 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Fashion Move On is hereby granted the right to utilize an excerpt from any film submitted for promotional purposes. The individual or corporation submitting the film hereby warrants that it is authorized to commit the film for screening, and understands and accepts these requirements and regulations. The undersigned shall indemnify and hold harmless Fashion Move On from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees, and costs of the court) which may be incurred by reason of any claim involving copyright, trademark, credits, publicity, screening, and loss of or damage to the screening videos entered.
 
Applicants may be asked to submit additional supporting information such as budget, treatment, credits.
 
The organizers is not responsible for the content or information displayed in the videos.
